As I remember, the first time of the cubing was third year of the middle
school. I had bought cube, interpreted the tiny solution book and then I
memorized that book so that finally I figured out the method for the solving
cube. Also, I could remember that having a competition for fast solving cube
with my friend. and when I encountered the cube again, I have tried to solve
the cube again with the question of whether I could do this. The formula was
fuzzy in my mind, but I solved the cube with just following my hands and I
could fall in the world of the cube again.
The fun of finding and learning the solutions of cube was like searching a
long-time-hidden treasure. Additionally, I came to look at the educational
advantages of the cubing with teaching children at the private academy. I used
to taught the children solving cube on the end days of the exams. I remember
the children who tried to follow hard and expressed the joy of the cubing
when I explained the solution of the cube on the blackboard.
Consequently, the relationship with cube became an opportunity to write a
book called “JJangsaem’s Cube Classroom.”, which is the first book specialized
for solving cube. By writing this book, I could look at the cube in a more
diverse way and I introduced the cube class for the first time in the afterschool
activity.
It is fortunate that children could have a opportunity to understand the
geometrics by stereoscopic vision which is not biased toward conventional
education based on the process of touching and rotating the cube. Also, I’m
very happy that many children can share the joy of learning and knowing the
cube through the cube class.
This book has been written detailed as much as possible to explain the
existing books more easily. we put QR codes in the parts that are considered
difficult to understand easilty through the videos. By gathering the opinions
from the teachers in “Noivelup” Lab, a meeting of the experts for cube
education, we chose a good way to teach the cubing.
Be immerse in the fantastic three-dimensional world... welcome to the world
of the cubes!!
